goal: 115, lean toned tanned and sexy. My 2012 reslotution is to get flexible and continue my healthy lifestyle ive created and to not be so hard on myself and be grateful on how far i have made it. please dont be afraid to ask me any questions on exercises or nutrition, i am studying to be a NASM personal trainer and would love to help any of you out.
